It’s time to let the reign begin, with the Tasmania Jewels Foundation Memberships officially going on public sale today ahead of the team’s WNBL debut on October 15.
A Jewels Foundation Membership includes Diamond, Ruby and Sapphire options for all 11 home games, or five at the Launceston Silverdome or six at MyState Bank Arena Hobart.
With a Sapphire Membership, fans can watch the Jewels in action for just $20 per game, and for a family it’s just $58 per game for two adults and two or three kids.
Tasmania Jewels CEO Trent Jacobs encouraged fans to get in early, so they don’t miss out.
“For our match days, we’re taking all the athleticism, hype and fun that fans love about the JackJumpers, and putting a Jewels twist to it,” Mr Jacobs said. “It’ll be unlike anything you’ve seen before.
“This is a once in a lifetime chance to secure a seat and a place in history as a Tasmania Jewels Foundation Member.
“The excitement and anticipation for memberships is unprecedented, we’ve had fans counting down the sleeps and, just quietly, we have been too.
“We’ve made sure we have a membership for everyone, from the super fans who want to see all 11 games, to those who only want to attend games at the Silverdome or MyState Bank Arena.

Jewels Head Coach Claudia Brassard said the Jewels were ready to let the reign begin.
“It’s less than 100 days now until the Jewels will be playing the season opener right here at home, and we can’t wait to share that milestone moment with Tasmanians,” Brassard said.
“We’d love to have a packed arena of screaming fans from the basketball die-hards to the mums and dads, and kids who want to be Jewels and JackJumpers when they grow up.
“We have an extraordinary team packed with talent, and I can’t wait for the Jewels reign to begin and for Tasmanians to see them in action.”
Everyone who signs up as a Tasmania Jewels member for the team’s debut WNBL season will officially be crowned a Jewels Foundation Member and receive exclusive perks.
This includes those who simply want to show their support for the Tasmania Jewels and enjoy all the benefits of being a Foundation Member.
Every member will receive an exclusive merchandise pack plus have their name displayed on a Tasmania Jewels Foundation Honour Board, which will take pride of place at the club’s High Performance Training Centre.
They will also receive a special edition Foundation Member lapel pin, lanyard and sticker, plus credit to redeem on our soon-to-be-launched member-exclusive platform, The Ant Nest, where members can unlock merchandise, rewards and experiences.
